TouchCare Update: COVID-19 Antibody Testing Available at No Cost with VirtualCare

TouchCare, our partner who provides concierge call center support for employers who purchase their services, has just announced that they are enhancing their offering. Employers who purchase TouchCare have the option to use their embedded Telemedicine service called VirtualCare. VirtualCare now includes no cost COVID-19 Antibody testing. 

• TouchCare has partnered with Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp to administer blood drawn COVID-19 Antibody Testing
• Members will have access to a no cost VirtualCare consultation with a doctor who prescribes the COVID-19 antibody test
• VirtualCare will help members select a Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp location and set up an appointment to take the test
• The VirtualCare doctor will help walk members and their families through all test results and help with any additional testing that may need to take place
