PGP Offices Operating Virtually Until 3/30

Every morning when we wake up we are all facing the realty of dealing with unprecedented circumstances in our world. We have been putting the necessary contingency plans in place for a few weeks, so if and when the need arose for us to physically close our offices, we would still be here to help you in every way possible. We wanted to make sure that our friends and partners are aware that as of last week we were fully functioning and capable of running virtually if we did need to physically close all of our offices due to the current crisis. This includes not only our sales teams, which have had this capability for years, but the entire back office/administration teams, commissions teams, etc. In addition to having complete virtual functionality for email and file databases, our phones will be forwarded to the appropriate team members for calls when you call our offices. By calling the office as you do normally and dialing the extension for the PGP team member you want to speak with, the call will go directly to the appropriate PGP associate at their home or on their cell phone.
As of Friday 3/13 we made the decision to close our NYC location and our sales teams there have been working from home just as planned.
As of this afternoon we will be moving our Long Island and New Jersey offices in the same direction. Starting tomorrow Tuesday 3/17 all of our offices will be operating virtually until at least Monday March 30th. We are carefully monitoring the situation and will continue to do our best to keep our staff and their families safe during this time, while providing as many resources as possible to all of our partners.
