We understand that brokers are often the first call clients make when they have questions about their health and health coverage. We want to share some helpful information and tips to help you support your clients and keep your business going during this unprecedented time.
What Oscar is doing for our members
- Waiving cost-sharing for all COVID-19 testing, including both the cost of the test and the visit to have the test administered.
- Launched an end-to-end member experience including an at-home risk assessment survey, integration with Doctor on Call, and testing center locator (if testing is recommended).
- Waiving early refill limits on most prescription drugs at all in-network pharmacies. Plus, we offer free home delivery through CVS nationwide and free same-day delivery through Capsule in New York City and Houston. Learn more with our COVID-19 prescription FAQ.
- Accepting credit cards for premium payments through April 30.

Take care of yourself
- Stay positive. Taking breaks from the news and social media may help with this.
- Keep up your physical health. Most states’ stay-at-home orders allow you to go outside for physical exercise—as long as you keep at least 6 feet of distance from others. Check your state and local government websites for more information.
- Take advantage of the extra time at home. Pick up a new healthy habit like meditation, catch up on reading, get extra sleep, learn a new skill—the possibilities are endless.
