Benefits Analyst (In-House Required)

We currently have an exciting opening for a Benefits Analyst. The right candidate will have prior experience in Employee Benefits industry with exposure to the RFP process, Underwriting, and cost analysis design. The primary responsibilities will be the preparation of RFPs, a thorough review of vendor proposals, compiling marketing results, preparation of financial cost analysis for client presentations, as well as renewal evaluations for assigned accounts. This role will work with both our internal team & broker/carrier partners, and must diligently follow the work flow process for all assigned accounts. The candidate must be a team player, yet able to operate independently. We are looking for an extremely detailed and organized individual, with strong data analytic skills, and the ability to deliver on multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work well under pressure is vital to the success of this position.
