Horizon Update: effective 4/1 credit card payments will be accepted by phone

Horizon has just advised that groups will be able to make a credit card payment by phone.

Here’s how:

• Call Horizon Customer Service at 1-800-225-1955
• Provide the exact group name and number to complete the transaction
  

Please note below:

• AMEX will not be accepted
• Small Groups will not be charged a Credit Card Fee
