Horizon Small Group 2024 New Business Broker Incentive Program – January 2024 Effective Dates

Horizon announced a new special broker incentive program for all new medical sales with January effective dates only. This special bonus rewards brokers that sell new fully insured or Horizon Level Select groups as well as conversions to Horizon Level Select in the Small Group (two to 50) market.

This program includes an additional incentive payment per enrolled contract as follows:

ACA new business and Horizon Level Select conversions – $50 per enrolled contract

Horizon Level Select new business – $75 per enrolled contract
