Horizon has announced effective July 1, 2023 the following enhancements to their Horizon Level Select product portfolio:

Increased and Extended Commissions for Horizon Level Select:

Increased Sub-Producer commission for Horizon Level Select to 6.1%
- Extended Broker Incentive Program for New Business and Conversions to Horizon Level Select through October 31, 2023 at $75 per enrolled contract

Product and Administrative:

Increased access to care with new Horizon Level Select plan options that offer:
- More than 1.7 million providers spanning every U.S. zip code
- Global coverage in 190 countries and territories
Real-time illustrative quoting capability
Monthly Reporting
Administrative fee credits for new-to-Horizon business
- $200 per Enrolled employee
- Credited on 2nd monthly billing statement
