Horizon Introduces Horizon MindCare℠: Our Online Behavioral Health Platform

Horizon is committed to helping members achieve their best health. Beginning October 1, 2023, members in Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey’s fully insured groups, including members enrolled in Individual (IHC) plans, now have access to Horizon MindCare, a new online platform designed to support their mental well-being. It’s a user-friendly platform that provides trusted and reviewed resources, helping our members get the help they need.

Once on the platform, members can take advantage of:

• Assessments: Access multiple well-being assessments to learn more about their mental health. At the end of each assessment, they receive a score along with recommended resources and actionable steps.
• Topic Centers: Check out over 230 mental health and well-being topics, along with associated resources conveniently organized.
• Resources: Find a wealth of podcasts, books, articles and videos.
• In-Network Care Solutions: Find in-network behavioral health care providers, facilities and virtual health solutions.

To access Horizon MindCare, members can sign in to HorizonBlue.com or the Horizon Blue App and select Behavioral Health.
