2026 Benefit Changes for Individual Plans
Beginning January 1, 2026, upon renewal, members will see changes to their coverage, including updated minimum deductibles, maximum out-of-pocket (MOOP) amount, and benefit cost sharing. New members enrolling in these plans on or after January 1, 2026 will also have the same updated deductibles, MOOPs, and cost sharing.
