The deadline to enroll for January 1st coverage has been extended until January 6th for the Horizon BCBSNJ Individual Market.  Please contact GCNJ along with your consumer to complete ON Exchange enrollments with a January 1st effective date. OFF Exchange enrollment applications must be submitted directly to Horizon BCBSNJ with a note indicating the consumer wants a January 1st effective date.
