Horizon BCBSNJ 2026 Convey Miramar Agent Registration Information

Whether your intention is to sell ON EXCHANGE and/or OFF EXCHANGE, Convey Miramar Agent registration MUST be completed by November 1st, 2025, for all calendar year sales of 2026.

 If you intend to sell ON EXCHANGE business, you must finalize your Get Covered NJ Certification by November 1st, 2025. Once this is complete, continue on to Miramar Registration.

If you intend to sell OFF EXCHANGE business, you ONLY need to complete the Miramar Registration.

Below are the directions to register for Miramar. 

Please remember, an agent or broker can only be linked to one Master Broker for their Horizon BCBSNJ Individual Market, ICHRA, and SHOP business throughout the entire 2026 calendar year. Agents or brokers will be allowed to move their business to a different Master Broker one time annually (October 15th thru December 1st) after completing their 2026 Convey Miramar Agent registration prior to the start of the new calendar year.

Agents or brokers without a registered NPN number on file will not receive compensation from Horizon BCBSNJ until their Horizon Miramar registration is complete.

Directions for registering are as follows:

  • Click here to access Miramar Agent, then log in with your username/password from last year (Returning agents who’ve forgotten their password can use the “Forgot your password” link on the home page. You will need to enter your username, confirm security questions, along with the last 4 digits of their Social Security number before entering a new password to login).
  • Click on the “Register New” radio button on your DASHBOARD and enter 2026HNJM822 to begin registration.
