Horizon BCBSNJ 2023 Convey Miramar Agent Registration Information

If you intend to sell ON EXCHANGE, you must finalize your Get Covered NJ Training by October 25, 2022. Once this is complete, continue on to Miramar Registration.

If you intend to sell OFF EXCHANGE business, you ONLY need to complete the Miramar Registration.

Below are the directions to register for Miramar. Whether your intention is to sell ON and/or OFF exchange, this step MUST be completed by the start of open enrollment, November 1, 2022, for all calendar year sales of 2023.

Agents without a registered NPN number on file will not receive compensation from Horizon BCBSNJ until this Convey Miramar registration is complete.

Please remember, an agent or broker can only be linked to one Master Broker for both their Horizon BCBSNJ Individual Market and SHOP business throughout the entire 2023 calendar year.

Directions for registering are as follows:

  • Click here to access Miramar Agent, then log in with your username/password from last year (Returning agents who’ve forgotten their password can use the “Forgot your password” link on the home page. You will need to enter your username, confirm security questions, and enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number to create a new password and log in).
  • Click on the “Register New” radio button on your DASHBOARD and enter 822HNJM2023 to begin registration.
