Horizon Announces New Business Broker Incentive Program

Horizon is pleased to announce a special broker incentive program for all new Consumer medical sales effective Q1 2026. This program includes an additional incentive payment per enrolled contract as follows:

Consumer
$60 per enrolled contract for new business (contract must be active when payment is made in April 2026)

Small Group and Midsize markets  (2 to 499) – ICHRA products only
$25 per enrolled contract for new business
