HealthPass / UnitedHealthcare/Oxford Special Open Enrollment Period

To assist members in accessing care during the COVID-19 pandemic, UnitedHealthcare/Oxford is providing members with a Special Open Enrollment Opportunity effective immediately through April 6, 2020. This opportunity is limited to eligible employees who previously did not elect coverage. Dependents, such as spouses and children, can be added to the same coverage or benefit option as the employee. A wage and tax statement will be needed to validate the employee’s eligibility, if not currently enrolled. Standard waiting periods will be waived and coverage is effective April 1, 2020.

Complete the Special Open Enrollment one of two ways:
1. Complete an Enrollment Change Form(s) for those employees who choose to take part and send to your broker.
2. Watch the quick video below on how to complete the Special Open Enrollment in the HealthPass Online Portal (HOP).
