Extension of Horizon’s 2023 New Business Broker Incentive Program

Applies to: Small Employer (2 to 50), Midsize (51 to 99), Large Group (100 to 500) groups, excluding Public Sector, National and Labor markets

Horizon will be extending its broker incentive program for all new medical sales with new effective dates of February 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. This special bonus rewards brokers that sell new fully insured or Horizon Level Select groups as well as conversions to Horizon Level Select in the 2-99 segment.

This program includes an additional incentive payment per enrolled contract as follows:

Fully Insured                              $50 per enrolled contract
Horizon Level Select                $75 per enrolled contract
