Aetna AFA New Jersey Eligibility Update: Now Allowing Down to 2 Enrolled

Starting with 4/1 Effective Dates, Aetna AFA New Jersey has announced that they are allowing groups down to 2 enrolled. The same portfolio of plans will be available with the same enrollment process.
Below are the underwriting requirements for 2-4 enrolled groups with Aetna AFA New Jersey (starting with 4/1 Effective Dates):
- Must meet ACA definition of a small group (NO husband/wife groups)
- Will require tax documents
- Can offer only a single plan option
- IMQ’s required to quote
- Broker Compensation: $39 PEPM
