TriNet Q3/Q4 Broker Sales Incentive

The details of this incentive are outlined below: 

Qualifications

• Referrals must be submitted through your Professional Group Plans team.

• Once the referred prospect has onboarded as a TriNet client, their first payroll must run between July 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022. If the referred customer signed the TriNet Services agreement on or before June 1, 2022, that referred customer will not qualify toward this incentive.

Incentive payment

• The incentive amount will be per referred customer and based on the customer’s worksite employee (WSE) count at the time of their first payroll run. Incentive amounts per referred customer will be as follows:

• $2,000 for opportunities with 10-49 WSEs as of the first payroll run

• $4,000 for opportunities with 50-99 WSEs as of the first payroll run

• $7,500 for opportunities 100+ WSEs as of the first payroll run

• We will be working closely with the TriNet Channel team tracking incentive eligibility. The date TriNet will issue the incentive payments to us (which we will then issue to you) will depend on the qualifying referred customer’s first payroll date:

  • October 2022 for referred customers with a first payroll date between July 1, 2022 and September 30, 2022.

  • January 2023 for referred customers with a first payroll date between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022
