Important Justworks Compensation & Pricing Updates

We wanted to share an important update regarding upcoming changes to the Justworks broker compensation structure. Beginning June 1, 2026 Justworks will transition from the current flat PEPM compensation model to a percentage-based compensation structure tied to monthly recurring admin revenue.
Key updates include:
- PGP qualifies as a Platinum GA Partner meaning our brokers automatically receive Gold Tier broker compensation which will be 40% of monthly administrative fees. Gold Tier is the highest broker payout available.
- All legacy accounts will transition to the new compensation model effective June 2026.
In addition, Justworks will be increasing PEO Plus admin fees on new business from $109 PEPM to $124 PEPM effective June 1, 2026. Existing accounts will transition to updated pricing at a later date.
Most brokers should see an increase in earnings under the new compensation methodology.
