TriNet Broker Bonus Program

TriNet has announced a new incentive for closed business (first payroll) you bring to TriNet between June 1 and September 30, 2026.

This incentive offers a one-time financial reward, paid across two installments, based on worksite employee (WSE) size for each eligible referred new PEO or OMS client:

• $5,000 for new PEO or OMS clients with 10–49 WSEs
• $10,000 for new PEO or OMS clients with 50+ WSEs

Payout Timing

• 50% of the incentive will be paid in October 2026
• 50% will be paid in October 2027, assuming the referred client remains with TriNet at the time of payout
