Key details

• New commission: $35 per contract per month (PCPM)
• Applies to: Horizon Employer Choice enrollments submitted through the Benefitfocus/Group Solution Platform.

Effective dates: Retroactive for enrollments submitted from January 1, 2026 through December 1, 2026.
