Principal has announced in response to COVID-19 that they will be giving a premium credit of 10% for the months of June-October 2020 to employers, based on the prior month’s billed premium, who have a fully insured dental policy. These employers will be notified by email on May 7 and will see the credit on their group dental coverage bills.
They have advised they are working to make this compensation neutral and more information will be coming.
