2026 Benefit Changes for Small Group Plans
Beginning January 1, 2026, upon the group’s renewal, members within Small Groups will see changes to their coverage, including updated minimum deductibles, maximum out-of-pocket (MOOP) amounts, and benefit cost sharing. New groups enrolling on or after January 1, 2026, will also have the same updated deductibles, MOOPs, and cost sharing.
