Effective 5/1 upon renewal Oxford will be enhancing the member experience, providing new group policy numbers, new member ID numbers, and new member ID cards for Oxford New York and New Jersey fully insured small groups.
Oxford New York and New Jersey (CT already received these enhancements) fully insured small group members will have access to the following enhancements:
- New Member Website www.myuhc.com (Click Here for Member Guide) Members can can view and print their new ID cards on the new member site. After logging in there is an option to View and Print Member ID cards on the member homepage.
- Telehealth and Virtual Doctor Visits
- Real Appeal Weight Loss Program
- Quit for Life Program
- Cancer Support Program
Important Note: Oxford New York and New Jersey fully insured small groups will need to update direct premium payments banking information (ACH or wire transmittals) or automated payments if they are enrolled in either program prior to renewal.
