Patrick Wilkens

With a broad range of expertise in the healthcare industry that ranges from information management, to sales, to strategic planning, PGP was excited to add Patrick to our award winning team as Vice President of Operations in September 2014. Prior to this exciting new role, Patrick spent 7 years as the Director of Operations at Gallagher Benefits Services, where he played a critical role in client services working internally and externally on both branch and national projects.

As the go to resource at Gallagher Benefits Services for client projects and ad hoc requests, Patrick is extremely knowledgeable about what concerns clients most in today’s dynamic marketplace. His extensive background working with clients on ACA compliance, billing and administration, private exchange, underwriting, HRIS, large group presentations and employee contribution strategies, to name just a few, make him an extremely valuable asset to the executive team at PGP.

In just his few short months at PGP, Patrick has already made his mark with innovative new system implementations to streamline the internal process, allow for more sophisticated reporting and increase sales pipeline velocity. As both a creative and strategic thinker, he continues to develop better synergies between our existing businesses and internal departments that help ensure best in class delivery of products and services to the broker community.

Patrick graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Chemistry and also holds his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Hofstra University.
