Prior to joining PGP in September 1996, Keith worked at Aetna/US Healthcare for 5 years in a variety of sales and sales management positions, winning many awards for his production. Since joining PGP, as Vice President, Keith has been a top producer, not only at PGP but also industry wide. Keith was named Senior Vice President of Sales in 1998 and President of Professional Group Plans in 2002. Through his leadership, PGP has qualified for the Soaring Eagle Award, the highest honor for production from NAHU, our industry Association.
Keith is known throughout the industry for his knowledge and work ethic and serves on most of the major carrier’s advisory boards. He has consulted for new product developments and service delivery enhancements to improve the employer’s health care purchasing experience. He has helped develop many service models with his carrier partners and is considered an innovator in the industry.
Leading by example, Keith maintains a dual role at PGP, both producing as a sales leader and as President. By remaining firmly entrenched in the day to day of the Healthcare industry, it has helped PGP achieve organic growth not seen in this marketplace in the brokerage and general agent industry. Under Keith’s leadership, PGP has increased sales and retention each year to continue our phenomenal growth.
